- Items will be posted the following business day after purchase. Larger orders could take one to two business days before posting.
- Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday, excluding USA Federal holidays.
- All lapel flowers, cufflinks and tie tacks are made to order, and take 1 business day from time of purchase to be posted.
- All items are shipped from our head offices in Philadelphia. Estimated arrival times after ship date are:
- East Coast: 1-3 days
- Central: 2-4 days
- West Coast: 2-5
- International: 5-7+ Days depending on distance
- Please ensure address in PayPal is correct before submitting.
If you have any questions or have an immediate / rush order requested please contact us. In the event that a shipment is returned, we will work with you on determining the cause and do our best to re-ship the item. You will be responsible for shipping fees and a PayPal invoice will be sent based off the cost. In this case, if you prefer to ship with another carrier other than the USPS, please let us know so we can calculate and arrange the shipment.
- We accept returns of all unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items received in the original packaging and original condition within 21 days of ship date for domestic items.
- We shall not refund shipping charges
- Credit for your return will be issued back onto the credit card that you used.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We highly recommend delivery confirmation on all returned items.
- All wedding and group order will have a 33% restocking fee. (Both are considered to be more than 5 or more of the same item)
- If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refined for the actual amount paid at the time of purchase.
